Notification of Defective Product Box Retrieval Timing

Issue

In the process of sorting and conveying work pieces for the quality assessment on the manufacturing
line, notification is provided through the LED lights and buzzer of the signal tower when the defective
product box reaches full capacity. However, it is difficult to notice when there are no operators nearby,
leading to delay of retrieving defective product box.

Proposal

By simply adding the wireless control unit WIO, it enables to establish a system for remote alert
notification. This enables operators to promptly respond to the retrieval of defective product boxes and
reduce downtime.
