Notification of Abnormalities in the Clean Room
When abnormalities occur in the production equipment inside the clean room, the operator may not notice when they are working outside. Routine inspections are carried out to ensure there are no irregularities in the production equipment but entering the clean room requires changing into clean suits, taking an air shower and removing hair and dust with a lint roller, which is not an efficient use of time.
Connect abnormal output signals from the control panel to a WIO transmitter and wirelessly transmit to a WIO receiver placed in the workspace outside the clean room. This setup ensures that notifications are only received when abnormalities occur inside the clean room, thus simplifying routine inspection tasks. WIO is simple to set up, as transmitter and receiver are automatically paired whenever the power is turned on.
